All rooms will be equipped with a computer (and attached projector) so you can use PowerPoint for your presentation. If you plan to do so, we suggest you get to your room a few minutes early so you can load your presentation onto the computer. These computers do NOT have a floppy-drive, but they have a CD-ROM drive and USB-ports. In addition, they have internet access, so you should be able to download your presentation if you can email it to yourself.These rooms do NOT
have overhead-projectors, but they have document cameras that will display
anything on a sheet of paper. Transparencies do not work well with these
document cameras because there is too much reflection.
